Le Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l’ONU a, pour la premi\u00e8re fois vendredi 21 f\u00e9vrier, condamn\u00e9 directement le Rwanda pour son soutien \u00e0 l’offensive du M23 dans l’est de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), r\u00e9clamant le retrait \u00ab imm\u00e9diat \u00bb de ses troupes. La r\u00e9solution qui \u00ab condamne fermement l’offensive et l’avanc\u00e9e en cours du M23 au Nord-Kivu et au Sud-Kivu avec le soutien des forces de d\u00e9fense rwandaises \u00bb, a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e \u00e0 l’unanimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La r\u00e9solution vot\u00e9e par le Conseil de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019ONU \u00ab\u00a0stipule que nous avons besoin d’un cessez-le-feu ainsi que du retrait du M23 des villes de Goma et de Bukavu. Nous exhortons fortement le M23 \u00e0 cesser imm\u00e9diatement les hostilit\u00e9s (…)\u00a0\u00bb, dit le Royaume-Uni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019ONU a vot\u00e9 une r\u00e9solution sur la RDC port\u00e9e par la France. Dans son commentaire, l\u2019ambassadeur fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 l\u2019ONU explique que la r\u00e9solution porte un message clair, \u00ab\u00a0il n y a pas d\u2019issue militaire au conflit dans l\u2019Est de la RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
