Ecobank Togo tient sa nouvelle directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Il s’agit d’Estelle Aku\u00e9 Komlan, une banqui\u00e8re chevronn\u00e9e qui prend les r\u00eanes de la filiale togolaise du groupe bancaire panafricain. Cette nomination intervient dans un contexte de transformation strat\u00e9gique et de consolidation des parts de march\u00e9 d’Ecobank dans la sous-r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professionnelle aguerrie avec plus de 15 ans d’exp\u00e9rience dans la finance, Estelle Aku\u00e9 Komlan a b\u00e2ti sa carri\u00e8re \u00e0 Diamond Bank puis Orabank au Togo. Avant sa nomination, elle occupait depuis f\u00e9vrier 2023 le poste de Directrice commerciale Entreprises chez Orabank Togo, o\u00f9 elle supervisait une \u00e9quipe de 25 collaborateurs et g\u00e9rait un portefeuille diversifi\u00e9 allant des grandes entreprises aux PME. En deux ans, sous sa direction, les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts ont connu une progression de 13%, les cr\u00e9ances douteuses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duites de 1%, et des pr\u00eats de plus de 100 milliards FCFA ont \u00e9t\u00e9 structur\u00e9s avec les filiales du groupe et sur le march\u00e9 interbancaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avant cela, elle avait \u00e9galement occup\u00e9 des fonctions de haut niveau au sein d’Oragroup, notamment comme Responsable Groupe du Trading et du Correspondent Banking, o\u00f9 elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 prim\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Meilleur fournisseur de change du Togo\u00a0\u00bb par Global Finance en 2020 et 2021. Son passage \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la tr\u00e9sorerie d’Orabank Togo entre 2015 et 2022 a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement marquant : elle y a supervis\u00e9 l’ouverture d’une salle des march\u00e9s et orchestr\u00e9 une croissance des r\u00e9sultats de la tr\u00e9sorerie de 1080%, contribuant \u00e0 hauteur de 35% aux r\u00e9sultats consolid\u00e9s du groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e de l’Ordre des comptables professionnels agr\u00e9\u00e9s du Canada (CPA) avec une sp\u00e9cialisation en comptabilit\u00e9 de management (CMA), Estelle Aku\u00e9 Komlan a \u00e9galement suivi des formations ex\u00e9cutives de haut niveau, notamment \u00e0 HEC Paris et tout r\u00e9cemment au Wharton Executive Education Advanced Partners Management Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa nomination \u00e0 la t\u00eate d’Ecobank Togo marque une volont\u00e9 claire du groupe de renforcer son ancrage local \u00e0 travers un leadership f\u00e9minin d’excellence, reconnu pour sa rigueur, sa vision strat\u00e9gique et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 piloter des \u00e9quipes et des transformations complexes. Elle aura pour mission de poursuivre la dynamique de croissance de la filiale togolaise tout en accompagnant les ambitions r\u00e9gionales du groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
