La ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Kayikwamba Wagner a re\u00e7u l’ambassadeur allemand Ingo Herbert pour \u00e9valuer les solutions \u00e0 la crise dans l’Est du pays<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les deux parties ont insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de maintenir la pression internationale sur Kigali tout en soutenant les initiatives r\u00e9gionales de la SADC et de l’EAC notamment la feuille de route adopt\u00e9e le 17 mars dernier \u00e0 Harare<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le sommet conjoint du 24 mars a \u00e9largi le groupe de facilitation de 3 \u00e0 5 membres avec l’ajout de deux femmes Sahle-Work Zewde d’Ethiopie et Catherine Samba-Panza de Centrafrique aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d’Uhuru Kenyatta Olusegun Obasanjo et Kgalema Motlanthe<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette \u00e9quipe fusionnant les processus de Luanda et Nairobi devra obtenir un cessez-le-feu durable et superviser l’application des mesures imm\u00e9diates pr\u00e9vues par la feuille de route r\u00e9gionale<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les discussions interviennent alors que les combats persistent entre l’arm\u00e9e congolaise et les rebelles du M23 malgr\u00e9 les multiples appels \u00e0 la d\u00e9sescalade de la communaut\u00e9 internationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
