Dans un communiqu\u00e9 officiel, les deux personnalit\u00e9s sont vis\u00e9es pour leur implication pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e dans des massacres de civils, des crimes de guerre et des crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 perp\u00e9tr\u00e9s par ce groupe arm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En marge de cette proc\u00e9dure judiciaire, le ministre a \u00e9galement d\u00e9cid\u00e9, \u00e0 titre conservatoire, la saisie de leurs biens mobiliers et immobiliers sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire national. Joseph St\u00e9phanie Mukumadi, ancien gouverneur de la province du Sankuru, et Franck Diongo, opposant politique en exil, sont formellement accus\u00e9s d\u2019avoir rejoint les rangs de la r\u00e9bellion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte de durcissement des mesures judiciaires contre les figures accus\u00e9es de soutenir les groupes arm\u00e9s actifs dans l\u2019est du pays. Les autorit\u00e9s congolaises multiplient les actions en justice pour lutter contre l\u2019impunit\u00e9 et d\u00e9manteler les r\u00e9seaux suppos\u00e9s de soutien aux mouvements rebelles. La situation s\u00e9curitaire reste tendue dans la r\u00e9gion, marqu\u00e9e par une recrudescence des violences et des affrontements entre les FARDC et les factions arm\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019annonce de ces poursuites intervient alors que la communaut\u00e9 internationale suit de pr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9volution du conflit en RDC, avec des appels r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 une r\u00e9solution pacifique de la crise.
