L’Observatoire de la D\u00e9pense Publique (ODEP) se retrouve au c\u0153ur d’une nouvelle pol\u00e9mique judiciaire \u00e0 Kinshasa Son coordonnateur Florimond Muteba a \u00e9t\u00e9 formellement convoqu\u00e9 par le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la cour d’appel de Kinshasa-Gombe mercredi 9 avril au lendemain de son refus de participer aux consultations politiques initi\u00e9es par Eberande Kolongele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette convolution relance une ancienne affaire impliquant Nicolas Kazadi l’ancien ministre des Finances que l’ODEP avait publiquement accus\u00e9 de d\u00e9tournements dans le cadre du projet \u00ab\u00a0Forages-lampadaires\u00a0\u00bb Un dossier qui dormait depuis plusieurs mois dans les tiroirs de la justice et qui ressurgit \u00e0 un moment politiquement sensible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les proches de Muteba d\u00e9noncent une man\u0153uvre d’intimidation visant \u00e0 faire taire une organisation connue pour ses audits critiques sur la gestion des fonds publics Ils soulignent le timing troublant de cette convolution intervenant moins de 24 heures apr\u00e8s le refus de participation aux consultations politiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du parquet on affirme suivre une proc\u00e9dure strictement juridique sans arri\u00e8re-pens\u00e9e politique Cette affaire intervient dans un contexte particulier o\u00f9 le gouvernement tente de constituer une majorit\u00e9 \u00e9largie tandis que les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile maintiennent leur vigilance sur les questions de transparence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
