Son retour dans cette province en proie \u00e0 l&rsquo;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 marque un tournant dans les efforts de pacification de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arriv\u00e9 par la localit\u00e9 de Tchomia sur les rives du lac Albert, l&rsquo;ancien chef militaire a imm\u00e9diatement exprim\u00e9 sa volont\u00e9 de s&rsquo;engager activement pour la paix. Le chef coutumier, autrefois surnomm\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0seigneur de guerre\u00a0\u00bb, a surpris en proposant son exp\u00e9rience militaire au service de la stabilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette prise de position intervient dans un contexte s\u00e9curitaire fragile.
