L’annonce du retour de Joseph Kabila en RDC par la ville de Goma a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une onde de choc dans le paysage politique congolais. Voici les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de cette situation complexe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’information a d’abord \u00e9t\u00e9 relay\u00e9e par Jeune Afrique, m\u00e9dia consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme proche du Rwanda, avant d’\u00eatre confirm\u00e9e par Kamitatu Olivier, porte-parole de Mo\u00efse Katumbi. Le vendredi 18 avril, des journalistes proches de Kabila et de l’AFC ont annonc\u00e9 avec force d\u00e9tails son arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Goma, information rapidement reprise par plusieurs m\u00e9dias internationaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’\u00e9quipe de communication de l’ancien pr\u00e9sident avait visiblement minutieusement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 cette op\u00e9ration. Barbara Nzimbi, sa conseill\u00e8re en communication, a annonc\u00e9 un discours important que Kabila devait adresser \u00e0 la nation depuis Goma. Kikaya, son conseiller diplomatique, a rench\u00e9ri en assurant que ce message \u00ab\u00a0fera date\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cisant m\u00eame que l’enregistrement \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eat pour diffusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cependant, la r\u00e9action du gouvernement central a surpris par son ampleur. Les autorit\u00e9s de Kinshasa ont non seulement d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 cette initiative, mais ont \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 des mesures fortes comme la saisie des biens de la famille Kabila et des poursuites judiciaires contre les membres du PPRD\/FCC. Ces biens comprennent de nombreuses entreprises dans divers secteurs \u00e9conomiques du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 cette riposte inattendue, le camp Kabila a d\u00fb revoir sa strat\u00e9gie. Le discours pr\u00e9enregistr\u00e9 n’a finalement pas \u00e9t\u00e9 diffus\u00e9 et certains proches ont tent\u00e9 de faire passer l’information sur la pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 Goma pour une simple rumeur. Cette volte-face a cr\u00e9\u00e9 de la confusion dans l’opinion publique, certains exigeant des preuves photographiques de cette pr\u00e9sence, ce qui para\u00eet peu r\u00e9aliste compte tenu du contexte s\u00e9curitaire \u00e0 Goma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parall\u00e8lement, un d\u00e9veloppement inattendu est survenu avec l’intervention du gouvernement namibien. Celui-ci a non seulement ni\u00e9 que Kabila ait quitt\u00e9 son territoire, mais a aussi accus\u00e9 le pouvoir de Kinshasa d’entraver les efforts de paix de la SADC, qualifiant les dirigeants congolais d'\u00a0\u00bbaventuriers\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette s\u00e9quence r\u00e9v\u00e8le plusieurs aspects de la situation politique en RDC :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
