Dans le Tanganyika, c&rsquo;est le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral JP Wumbi qui assume d\u00e9sormais ce commandement. Le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Roger Isiyo dirigera les op\u00e9rations polici\u00e8res dans le Lualaba et le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Jhon Chabwine prend les r\u00eanes du Bas-Uel\u00e9. Parmi les nominations notables, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Edo Longange est d\u00e9sign\u00e9 commandant de l&rsquo;Unit\u00e9 de protection des institutions et hautes personnalit\u00e9s (UPIHP), une unit\u00e9 sensible charg\u00e9e de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des autorit\u00e9s. Les observateurs notent une volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrer l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience des maintenus en poste et l&rsquo;apport de nouveaux commandants dans des r\u00e9gions strat\u00e9giques.
