Le bilan fait \u00e9tat d\u2019au moins\u00a0trois miliciens tu\u00e9s, dont un chef autoproclam\u00e9 d\u00e9capit\u00e9, et d\u2019un important d\u00e9placement de civils fuyant les violences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-lutte-de-pouvoir-sanglante\"><strong>Une lutte de pouvoir sanglante<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le\u00a0capitaine Antony Mwalushay, porte-parole de la 11e r\u00e9gion militaire bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Kikwit, ces combats opposent deux factions du groupe Mobondo, impliqu\u00e9es dans un conflit interne pour le contr\u00f4le de la milice :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une faction dirig\u00e9e par un certain \u00ab\u00a0Daddy\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une coalition des factions Satonge et B52<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les victimes figure\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Envout\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb alias B52, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un \u00ab\u00a0colonel\u00a0\u00bb autoproclam\u00e9 du groupe, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0d\u00e9capit\u00e9\u00a0lors des affrontements. Les assaillants ont \u00e9galement emport\u00e9 plusieurs\u00a0t\u00eates de b\u00e9tail, ressource cl\u00e9 dans cette zone rurale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-exode-des-populations-et-intervention-des-fardc\"><strong>Exode des populations et intervention des FARDC<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les violences ont provoqu\u00e9 un\u00a0mouvement de panique\u00a0parmi les habitants, dont beaucoup ont trouv\u00e9 refuge dans les agglom\u00e9rations voisines. Les\u00a0Forces arm\u00e9es de la RDC (FARDC), d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es dans le cadre des op\u00e9rations de s\u00e9curisation, sont intervenues pour r\u00e9tablir un calme relatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0La situation est sous contr\u00f4le pour le moment, mais nos troupes restent vigilantes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a affirm\u00e9 le capitaine Mwalushay, tout en appelant les miliciens \u00e0\u00a0d\u00e9poser les armes\u00a0et \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier des voies pacifiques pour r\u00e9soudre leurs diff\u00e9rends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-contexte-une-milice-aux-racines-communautaires\"><strong>Contexte : une milice aux racines communautaires<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le groupe\u00a0Mobondo, n\u00e9 d\u2019un conflit foncier entre communaut\u00e9s\u00a0Teke\u00a0et\u00a0Yaka, s\u2019est progressivement militaris\u00e9, multipliant les attaques contre les civils et les forces de l\u2019ordre dans le\u00a0Kwamouth\u00a0et le\u00a0Kwilu.
