Une d\u00e9cision rendue vendredi 16 mai 2025, selon des sources proches du dossier. Les juges ont conclu que les t\u00e9moignages \u00e0 charge pour son r\u00f4le \u00e9ventuelle lors du g\u00e9nocide de 1994 \u00e9taient \u00ab&nbsp;<em>contradictoires, incoh\u00e9rents, voire mensongers<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une ordonnance dat\u00e9e de vendredi, les juges charg\u00e9s du dossier concluent \u00ab<em>&nbsp;qu\u2019il n\u2019existe pas \u00e0 ce stade d\u2019indices graves et concordants contre Agathe Habyarimana qu\u2019elle ait pu \u00eatre complice d\u2019acte de g\u00e9nocide<\/em>&nbsp;[&#8230;].&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Si la rumeur est tenace<\/em>, poursuivent les juges,<em>&nbsp;elle ne peut faire office de preuve en l\u2019absence d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments circonstanci\u00e9s et concordants.&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toujours selon eux, il n\u2019existe aucun discours public d\u2019Agathe Habyarimana prof\u00e9rant des discours de haine ou d\u2019appel au g\u00e9nocide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les enqu\u00eates sont d\u00e9sormais closes \u2013 sans que la veuve de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident n\u2019ait \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en examen. Agathe Habyarimana \u00e9tait vis\u00e9e depuis 2008 par une enqu\u00eate en France pour complicit\u00e9 de g\u00e9nocide et de crimes contre l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9. Une enqu\u00eate ouverte apr\u00e8s une plainte du Collectif des parties civiles pour le Rwanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c2g\u00e9e de 82, elle \u00e9chappe \u00e0 ce stade \u00e0 un proc\u00e8s. Cette d\u00e9cision intervient alors que le parquet national antiterroriste, comp\u00e9tent en la mati\u00e8re,\u00a0a saisi la chambre de l\u2019instruction de la cour d\u2019appel\u00a0de Paris, en septembre 2024, en vue de sa mise en examen.
