Pour les candidats au d\u00e9part vers les \u00c9tats-Unis ou les S\u00e9n\u00e9galais qui ont l\u2019habitude de voyager outre Atlantique, l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude est immense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beaucoup d\u2019entrepreneurs, comme Boubacar Djiba qui travaille dans l\u2019IA et les industries culturelles, ont tiss\u00e9 avec des liens durables avec les \u00c9tats-Unis<\/a><\/strong>. \u00ab Les \u00c9tats-Unis, \u00e7a fait partie des pays dont nous, en tant que start-up, qu’on doit visiter. \u00c7a nous permet aussi de t\u00e2ter le terrain, de rencontrer des <\/em>\u00ab\u00a0business angels\u00a0\u00bb ou bien des investisseurs. \u00c7a va vraiment freiner un tout petit peu cet \u00e9lan <\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parce qu’on a vraiment travaill\u00e9 pour l’obtention du visa. On a essay\u00e9 de trouver un partenariat avec l’Universit\u00e9 Northwestern<\/em> de Chicago<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les informations du\u00a0Washington Post<\/em><\/strong> et de\u00a0Reuters<\/em><\/strong>, l\u2019administration\u00a0am\u00e9ricaine estime que 36 pays concern\u00e9s souffrent de probl\u00e8mes de \u00ab\u00a0documents d\u2019identit\u00e9 fiables<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, de trop de \u00ab fraude dans l’administration<\/em> \u00bb, ou encore de d\u00e9passements de dur\u00e9e des visas de leurs citoyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les pays ont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 mercredi 18 juin pour fournir un plan d\u2019action initial. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le D\u00e9partement d’\u00c9tat fixe un ultimatum de 60 jours aux nations concern\u00e9es pour se conformer \u00e0 de nouvelles exigences, sous peine d’une interdiction totale ou partielle d’entr\u00e9e sur le territoire am\u00e9ricain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
