Il \u00e9tablit \u2013 en utilisant une approche \u00e9conom\u00e9trique \u2013 que dans le court et long terme, les r\u00e9formes institutionnelles et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la gouvernance sont des facteurs sur lesquels la RDC devrait asseoir son mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Biographie de l\u2019auteur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e9 en juin 1964, Matata Ponyo MAPON est d\u00e9tenteur d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tudes approfondies en Sciences Economiques. Il est sp\u00e9cialiste en macro\u00e9conomie et en \u00e9conomie de d\u00e9veloppement. Ses r\u00e9centes recherches portent sur la nouvelle \u00e9conomie institutionnelle. De 2010 \u00e0 2012, Matata Ponyo Mapon a \u00e9t\u00e9 Ministre des Finances de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC).
