Le militant citoyen Espoir Aspirine du mouvement Lucha RDC Afrique a livr\u00e9 une analyse percutante de l’accord de paix r\u00e9cemment sign\u00e9 entre la RDC et le Rwanda. Avec sa formule choc \u00ab\u00a0La paix sans justice n’est pas une paix, c’est une \u00e9p\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, il r\u00e9sume les craintes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile face \u00e0 ce processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans une d\u00e9claration sans concession, Aspirine reconna\u00eet que l’accord repr\u00e9sente \u00ab\u00a0un pas dans la bonne direction\u00a0\u00bb mais souligne qu’il \u00ab\u00a0ne fonctionne qu’\u00e0 40%\u00a0\u00bb en raison de plusieurs \u00e9cueils majeurs. Le probl\u00e8me non r\u00e9solu des FDLR et l’absence de m\u00e9canismes judiciaires solides figurent parmi ses principales pr\u00e9occupations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Mon message au chef de l’\u00c9tat est clair : proposez la paix, mais \u00e9coutez aussi votre peuple qui exige que les auteurs de crimes r\u00e9pondent devant la justice\u00a0\u00bb, insiste-t-il. Pour le militant de Lucha, aucun d\u00e9veloppement durable n’est possible sans ce pr\u00e9alable : \u00ab\u00a0La paix est le commencement oblig\u00e9 du d\u00e9veloppement et d’une profonde organisation interne\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors que certains se contentent de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer la signature de l’accord, Aspirine rappelle les d\u00e9fis concrets qui attendent les deux pays : la r\u00e9conciliation r\u00e9elle des populations, la reconstruction des zones d\u00e9vast\u00e9es, et surtout l’\u00e9tablissement d’une justice transitionnelle cr\u00e9dible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le ton est mesur\u00e9 mais ferme : \u00ab\u00a0Nous saluons la volont\u00e9 des signataires, mais resterons vigilants sur l’application\u00a0\u00bb. Un avertissement qui r\u00e9sonne comme un rappel \u00e0 l’ordre pour les parties prenantes, alors que la RDC entre dans une phase cruciale de son histoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
