C\u2019est ce qu&rsquo;indique le service provincial de la Protection civile dans son rapport publi\u00e9 mardi 8 juillet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est depuis environ deux mois que les premiers mouvements des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s congolais en provenance de l\u2019Ouganda ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la localit\u00e9 lacustre congolaise de Tchomia et sa p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie sur le littoral du Lac Albert. Les derniers groupes sont arriv\u00e9s le week-end dernier \u00e0 Tchomia et Kasenyi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce mouvement retour est motiv\u00e9 surtout par l\u2019accalmie constat\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gion, gr\u00e2ce aux op\u00e9rations&nbsp;conjointes&nbsp;des arm\u00e9es congolaise FARDC et ougandaise (UPDF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cela s&rsquo;ajoute aussi la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 de ces r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s \u00e0 cause du manque d\u2019assistance alimentaire dans le camp des refugies en Ouganda, d\u00e9clare le service provincial de la Protection civile, qui cite des t\u00e9moins.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart avaient fui depuis quelques mois les exactions des groupes arm\u00e9s dans leurs villages dont Nyamamba, Joo, Mbogi, Kafe,&nbsp;Torges&nbsp;et d\u2019autres localit\u00e9s situ\u00e9es&nbsp;au bord du Lac Albert, dans le territoire de Djugu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le service de la&nbsp;Protection civile lance un cri d\u2019alarme au Gouvernement et aux organisations humanitaires de venir en aide \u00e0 ces vuln\u00e9rables.&nbsp;Mais aussi&nbsp;pour&nbsp;\u00e9viter que des jeunes \u00e0 risque ne puissent \u00eatre manipul\u00e9s pour int\u00e9grer le groupe arm\u00e9 actif dans&nbsp;ce coin de l\u2019Ituri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Radio okapi <\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 229<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des centaines de familles de Congolais r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s en Ouganda retournent en masse depuis mai dernier \u00e0 Tchomia et d\u2019autres camps de p\u00eache sur le littoral du lac Albert dans le&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":86003,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[844,59],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-85978","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-a-la-une","category-province"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.4 (Yoast SEO v25.4) -
