Gims travaille sur un nouveau morceau en collaboration avec Lara Trump, la belle-fille du pr\u00e9sident des \u00c9tats-Unis. Son producteur a confirm\u00e9 le projet commun avec la chanteuse de country, \u00e9galement journaliste d’extr\u00eame droite travaillant chez Fox News. Le morceau est attendu pour le mois de septembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On pourrait croire \u00e0 une fake news, mais non. En janvier dernier, \u00e0 la fin de la tourn\u00e9e am\u00e9ricaine de Gims<\/a><\/strong>, Liil Serge Mbeutcha, le producteur de l’artiste congolais, re\u00e7oit un coup de fil inattendu. \u00ab Un monsieur me dit \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9coutez, j’ai vu que vous \u00e9tiez l’agent de Gims, j’ai une personne qui aime beaucoup sa musique, on est en train de travailler sur son album et on aimerait inviter Gims dessus\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> \u00bb, glisse le producteur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liil Serge Mbeutcha demande ensuite le nom de l’artiste en question : \u00ab Il me dit le nom et je r\u00e9ponds que si c’est un canular, bonne journ\u00e9e<\/em>. \u00bb Sauf qu’une semaine plus tard, le rappeur rappelle pour lui dire qu’il accepte la collaboration. Lara Trump et Gims \u00e9changent et le courant passe plut\u00f4t bien. \u00ab Elle connaissait le travail de Gims et l’artiste qu’il est<\/em>, d\u00e9taille le producteur. On \u00e9tait agr\u00e9ablement surpris, m\u00eame moi, j’\u00e9tais le premier surpris<\/em>. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La collaboration est ensuite annonc\u00e9e sur la cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision d’extr\u00eame droite Real America’s voice. La relation entre les deux artistes est alors scell\u00e9e, avec le symbole politique en toile de fond. D’autant plus que Lara Trump n’est pas qu’une artiste country, elle a tenu de nombreux r\u00f4les au sein du Parti r\u00e9publicain et a travaill\u00e9 pour la cha\u00eene d’extr\u00eame droite Fox News. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
