Un terrible accident de circulation a endeuill\u00e9 ce mardi matin l’entr\u00e9e du march\u00e9 Camp PM dans la commune de Mont Ngafula. Plusieurs personnes ont perdu la vie et de nombreux bless\u00e9s sont \u00e0 d\u00e9plorer apr\u00e8s qu’un camion benne transportant des caillasses ait perdu le contr\u00f4le de son syst\u00e8me de freinage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les faits se sont produits vers 6h30 sur la Route Nationale Num\u00e9ro 1 \u00e0 Matadi Kibala. Selon des t\u00e9moins oculaires, le lourd v\u00e9hicule en provenance du plateau de Bateke a d\u00e9val\u00e9 la pente \u00e0 grande vitesse avant de percuter violemment plusieurs autres automobiles et des \u00e9tals de marchands install\u00e9s le long de la chauss\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0L’\u00c9tat congolais doit renforcer le contr\u00f4le de ces camions bennes, particuli\u00e8rement ceux appartenant \u00e0 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s chinoises. Ce type d’accident se r\u00e9p\u00e8te malheureusement trop souvent dans notre quartier\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9plor\u00e9 un habitant visiblement traumatis\u00e9 par la sc\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les services de secours sont imm\u00e9diatement intervenus pour extraire les victimes des d\u00e9combres et \u00e9vacuer les bless\u00e9s vers les centres hospitaliers les plus proches. Bien qu’aucun bilan officiel n’ait encore \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s urbaines, des sources locales font \u00e9tat de plusieurs d\u00e9c\u00e8s et de nombreux bless\u00e9s graves. Ce camion benne de la caillasse a fini sa course sur plusieurs petits v\u00e9hicules, causant mort d\u2019hommes et des bless\u00e9s graves, selon les t\u00e9moins trouv\u00e9s sur place par un reporter de l\u2019ACP. Quatre corps ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vus par le reporter, \u00e9tal\u00e9s \u00e0 m\u00eame le sol. En l\u2019absence d\u2019officiel sur le lieu de l\u2019accident, le bilan reste provisoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement tragique relance une nouvelle fois le d\u00e9bat sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re dans la capitale congolaise. Les riverains et usagers de la route r\u00e9clament des mesures urgentes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Un contr\u00f4le technique rigoureux des poids lourds<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. L’interdiction de circulation aux heures de pointe<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Des sanctions s\u00e9v\u00e8res contre les entreprises n\u00e9gligentes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Les services de police et d’enqu\u00eate sont actuellement sur place pour d\u00e9terminer les circonstances exactes de cet accident et \u00e9tablir les responsabilit\u00e9s. La population attend d\u00e9sormais des actions concr\u00e8tes des autorit\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9venir de nouvelles trag\u00e9dies similaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
