Le Kasa\u00ef Central pleure la disparition tragique de son ministre de l’Int\u00e9rieur, Me Alain Lukusa Mpoyi, d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 ce samedi 9 ao\u00fbt 2025 \u00e0 Kinshasa des suites d’une maladie. Cette annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par le gouvernement provincial dans un communiqu\u00e9 officiel qui exprime la profonde douleur de toute l’administration provinciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avocat de formation et figure politique respect\u00e9e, le d\u00e9funt ministre occupait depuis juillet 2024 le portefeuille strat\u00e9gique regroupant l’Int\u00e9rieur, la Justice et la S\u00e9curit\u00e9. Son parcours exemplaire le voyait \u00e9galement assurer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement l’int\u00e9rim du gouverneur de province, t\u00e9moignant de la confiance que lui accordaient les plus hautes autorit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9lu d\u00e9put\u00e9 provincial en 2023, Me Lukusa s’\u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement illustr\u00e9 comme artisan de la paix lors de la crise s\u00e9curitaire de 2017-2018. Son r\u00f4le fut d\u00e9terminant dans le processus de pacification de la province, notamment dans le d\u00e9sarmement des milices et la protection des populations civiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le gouverneur Joseph Mo\u00efse Kambulu N’Konko a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses condol\u00e9ances \u00e9mues \u00e0 la famille \u00e9prouv\u00e9e, tout en soulignant \u00ab\u00a0le vide immense laiss\u00e9 par ce serviteur de l’\u00c9tat int\u00e8gre et d\u00e9vou\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Les hommages affluent d\u00e9j\u00e0 de toute la province pour saluer la m\u00e9moire de celui que beaucoup consid\u00e9raient comme la \u00ab\u00a0voix des sans-voix\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les d\u00e9tails des obs\u00e8ques seront communiqu\u00e9s ult\u00e9rieurement par la famille en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les autorit\u00e9s provinciales. La disparition pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e de ce pilier du gouvernement provincial plonge le Kasa\u00ef Central dans une profonde tristesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
