 L\u2019adh\u00e9sion pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e d\u2019un fils Mbatshi au mouvement rebelle AFC-M23, \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019une vague de r\u00e9actions sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, ne saurait engager la communaut\u00e9 du Kongo Central, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 l\u2019ancien ministre des Droits humains, Albert-Fabrice Puela, dans une mise au point consult\u00e9e par l\u2019ACP sur son compte Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abIl serait trop r\u00e9ducteur, pour ne pas dire abusif, de pr\u00e9tendre qu\u2019un fils Mbatshi (fils d\u2019un ancien gouverneur du Kongo Central) tout majeur qu\u2019il soit et pleinement responsable de ses actes, puisse engager, par sa seule d\u00e9rive, son p\u00e8re, sa tr\u00e8s respectable famille, ou encore toute la communaut\u00e9 Kongo<\/em>\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Albert-Fabrice Puela, soulignant que \u00abcet individu n\u2019est parti qu\u2019avec son ombre<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019ancien ministre d\u00e9nonce ce qu\u2019il qualifie de \u00ab manipulation dangereuse \u00bb visant \u00e0 ternir l\u2019image de tout un peuple en s\u2019appuyant sur une faute strictement personnelle. Il rappelle que m\u00eame les principaux responsables du mouvement rebelle AFC-M23, pourtant auteurs de crimes graves et de violations de droits humains, n\u2019engagent pas par leurs actes les communaut\u00e9s ou provinces dont ils sont issus. D\u00e8s lors, il serait incoh\u00e9rent, selon lui, de faire peser sur le Kongo Central une quelconque responsabilit\u00e9 morale li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019acte isol\u00e9 d\u2019un de ses ressortissants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Puela invite \u00e9galement \u00e0 ne pas galvauder le mot \u00ab notable<\/em>\u00ab , souvent mal utilis\u00e9. \u00c0 ses yeux, un notable ne se d\u00e9finit ni par son nom de famille ni par un quelconque h\u00e9ritage, mais par son int\u00e9grit\u00e9, son sens de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et son attachement au bien commun. Il appelle \u00e0 ne pas confondre notori\u00e9t\u00e9 et m\u00e9rite. \u00abLa noblesse du titre ne s\u2019h\u00e9rite pas, elle se m\u00e9rite par la droiture et le service d\u00e9sint\u00e9ress\u00e9<\/em>\u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abLe Kongo ne se reconna\u00eet ni dans la trahison ni dans les agendas criminels, mais dans la loyaut\u00e9, la dignit\u00e9 et la bonne gouvernance<\/em>\u00bb, a-t-il martel\u00e9 avant d\u2019appeler \u00e0 la vigilance face \u00e0 certains discours visant \u00e0 stigmatiser la province du Kongo Central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
