L&rsquo;Intersyndicale d&rsquo;Equity BCDC a adress\u00e9 une lettre v\u00e9h\u00e9mente au ministre du Travail pour d\u00e9noncer ce qu&rsquo;elle qualifie de \u00ab\u00a0plan de licenciement maquill\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb visant pr\u00e8s de 460 employ\u00e9s, accus\u00e9s de fraude suite \u00e0 une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e depuis le Kenya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les griefs des syndicats<\/strong><br>Dans sa correspondance, l&rsquo;Intersyndicale d\u00e9nonce avec force :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une proc\u00e9dure disciplinaire exp\u00e9ditive et cavali\u00e8re<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des accusations de fraude bas\u00e9es sur une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e depuis l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La violation des droits fondamentaux des travailleurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le non-respect des obligations l\u00e9gales en mati\u00e8re de relations professionnelles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un contexte social d\u00e9j\u00e0 explosif<\/strong><br>Cette crise intervient dans un climat d\u00e9j\u00e0 tendu depuis janvier 2025, marqu\u00e9 par :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La mauvaise application du bar\u00e8me salarial n\u00e9goci\u00e9 en novembre 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le blocage persistant de la classification des emplois<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des tensions r\u00e9currentes sur les questions de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les revendications syndicales<\/strong><br>Face \u00e0 cette situation, l&rsquo;Intersyndicale exige :<br>\u2713 La suspension imm\u00e9diate de la proc\u00e9dure de licenciement<br>\u2713 L&rsquo;ouverture urgente d&rsquo;un dialogue tripartite<br>\u2713 Le respect int\u00e9gral des engagements salariaux<br>\u2713 Le paiement des primes et alignements r\u00e9troactifs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calendrier de protestation<\/strong><br>Les syndicats ont annonc\u00e9 une escalade des actions d\u00e8s le 12 ao\u00fbt :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12\/08 : Sit-in devant les si\u00e8ges de la banque<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>13\/08 : Manifestations devant les Assembl\u00e9es et Mairies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14\/08 : Journ\u00e9e nationale de deuil symbolique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15\/08 : Gr\u00e8ve g\u00e9n\u00e9rale avec cessation totale des activit\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impact imm\u00e9diat<\/strong><br>D\u00e8s ce mardi, les agences Equity BCDC ouvriront avec retard, pr\u00e9figurant des perturbations majeures dans les services bancaires. Les travailleurs entendent ainsi d\u00e9noncer ce qu&rsquo;ils qualifient d'\u00a0\u00bbabandon des travailleurs par le capitalisme imp\u00e9rial\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette crise met en lumi\u00e8re les tensions croissantes entre direction et personnel dans le secteur bancaire congolais, avec en toile de fond des questions cruciales de justice sociale, de dignit\u00e9 au travail et de respect des conventions collectives.
