Ce montant reste en de\u00e7\u00e0 des 11,7 milliards initialement fix\u00e9s dans le cadre budg\u00e9taire \u00e0 moyen terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Vice-Premier ministre Muzito a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 son ambition d&rsquo;augmenter les recettes courantes, qui \u00e9taient projet\u00e9es \u00e0 9,9 milliards de dollars dans la loi de finances rectificative, pour atteindre 13 milliards en 2026. Lengo a soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de la contribution citoyenne au budget national. \u00ab\u00a0Il est essentiel que les contribuables s&rsquo;acquittent de leurs obligations fiscales \u00e0 tous les niveaux. Le paiement des imp\u00f4ts permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de financer les infrastructures scolaires, sanitaires et routi\u00e8res, ainsi que de couvrir les salaires et le fonctionnement des services publics\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contexte et perspectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette r\u00e9union fait suite aux conf\u00e9rences budg\u00e9taires organis\u00e9es du 28 juillet au 11 ao\u00fbt 2025. Le gouvernement poursuit parall\u00e8lement ses efforts pour soutenir le pouvoir d&rsquo;achat des m\u00e9nages, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la TVA sur les biens de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e en septembre dernier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9ussite de cette politique budg\u00e9taire ambitieuse d\u00e9pendra de la capacit\u00e9 des administrations financi\u00e8res \u00e0 optimiser la collecte des recettes et de l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion des contribuables \u00e0 leurs obligations fiscales.
