D&rsquo;un montant de 1,5 milliard de dollars am\u00e9ricains, cette initiative historique vise \u00e0 financer le d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures prioritaires et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la connectivit\u00e9 nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une op\u00e9ration financi\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le minist\u00e8re des Finances, cette \u00e9mission obligataire s&rsquo;inscrit dans le cadre du Programme d&rsquo;Actions du Gouvernement 2024-2028. Les fonds lev\u00e9s seront exclusivement destin\u00e9s au financement de projets d&rsquo;infrastructures d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat national et au renforcement de la connectivit\u00e9 du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des indicateurs \u00e9conomiques favorables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs facteurs \u00e9conomiques ont rendu cette op\u00e9ration possible :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un taux d&rsquo;inflation contenu \u00e0 7,8% en glissement annuel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciation limit\u00e9e du franc congolais (1,1% sur les sept premiers mois de 2025)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une croissance \u00e9conomique estim\u00e9e \u00e0 5,3% pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notation souveraine et attractivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La RDC b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;une notation souveraine de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B- chez Standard &amp; Poor&rsquo;s (perspective stable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B3 chez Moody&rsquo;s (perspective stable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que class\u00e9es dans la cat\u00e9gorie des dettes \u00ab\u00a0sp\u00e9culatives\u00a0\u00bb, ces notations permettent au pays de rassurer une partie des investisseurs internationaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calendrier et objectifs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus d&rsquo;\u00e9mission devrait s&rsquo;achever avant le 30 juin 2026. Le gouvernement pr\u00e9cise que ces fonds serviront \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les r\u00e9formes \u00e9conomiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9velopper des infrastructures strat\u00e9giques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renforcer une croissance \u00ab\u00a0inclusive, diversifi\u00e9e et durable\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consolider la r\u00e9silience \u00e9conomique nationale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contexte et perspectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette premi\u00e8re euro-obligation congolaise repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape importante dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du pays aux march\u00e9s financiers internationaux.
