Le journaliste congolais Pero Luwara aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 agress\u00e9 dans la nuit de mardi \u00e0 mercredi \u00e0 Bruxelles, alors qu\u2019il sortait d\u2019une bo\u00eete de nuit. Selon des sources pr\u00e9liminaires, l\u2019altercation l\u2019aurait oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 quatre individus d\u2019origine ivoirienne en \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9bri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 pass\u00e9 \u00e0 tabac avant d\u2019\u00eatre secouru par des compatriotes congolais pr\u00e9sents sur les lieux, qui auraient mis fin \u00e0 l\u2019agression. Il aurait ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 conduit \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital pour y recevoir des soins. Les autorit\u00e9s belges auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 saisies de l\u2019affaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si les motivations imm\u00e9diates sembleraient li\u00e9es \u00e0 une altercation ponctuelle, certains observateurs rel\u00e8veraient que le journaliste s\u2019exposerait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 des risques en raison de ses prises de position publiques. Sur sa cha\u00eene YouTube, Pero Luwara animerait des lives o\u00f9 il commenterait, souvent de mani\u00e8re pol\u00e9mique, l\u2019actualit\u00e9 politique et la vie priv\u00e9e de personnalit\u00e9s congolaises et africaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces interventions, r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement critiqu\u00e9es pour leur tonalit\u00e9 agressive, auraient pu attiser certaines ranc\u0153urs. Rien ne permettrait cependant \u00e0 ce stade d\u2019\u00e9tablir un lien formel entre cette agression et ses activit\u00e9s m\u00e9diatiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aucune autorit\u00e9 congolaise n\u2019aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9e dans cet incident, qui resterait du ressort de la justice belge. L\u2019enqu\u00eate se poursuivrait pour d\u00e9terminer les circonstances exactes et d\u2019\u00e9ventuels motifs pr\u00e9m\u00e9dit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
