Face aux menaces de \u00ab yougoslavisation \u00bb ou de balkanisation qui planent sur le pays, l\u2019heure n\u2019est plus aux divisions mais au rassemblement autour d\u2019un seul et m\u00eame camp : celui de la nation (Cana).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Union Sacr\u00e9e, autrefois per\u00e7ue comme un outil de rassemblement, est aujourd\u2019hui consid\u00e9r\u00e9e par certains comme une machine \u00e0 exclure et \u00e0 diviser. Pourtant, dans un contexte o\u00f9 l\u2019unit\u00e9 nationale constitue l\u2019arme principale contre les menaces ext\u00e9rieures, notamment rwandaises et leurs complices, il est imp\u00e9ratif que le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat incarne cette unit\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de toute all\u00e9geance partisane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Constitution congolaise est claire : le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique est le garant de la nation et de son int\u00e9grit\u00e9. Hier encore, l\u2019existence de l\u2019Union Sacr\u00e9e pouvait se justifier. Aujourd\u2019hui, elle semble freiner l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une alliance plus large et plus inclusive, capable de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer tous les nationalistes congolais, quelles que soient leurs origines politiques, ethniques, provinciales ou religieuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pays a besoin de solutions fortes et courageuses. Face \u00e0 l\u2019urgence militaire et s\u00e9curitaire, des mesures chirurgicales s\u2019imposent. Le dialogue national, r\u00e9clam\u00e9 par le Pr\u00e9sident lui-m\u00eame, doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019une d\u00e9sescalade et d\u2019une ouverture \u00e0 toutes les forces vives de la nation. L\u2019objectif : sauver la RDC, aujourd\u2019hui en situation critique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Pr\u00e9sident Tshisekedi est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 jouer le r\u00f4le d\u2019un entra\u00eeneur visionnaire, capable de lire le jeu avec justesse et de rassembler toutes les \u00e9nergies pour remporter la partie.
