Au cours d\u2019une double c\u00e9r\u00e9monie  organis\u00e9e ce lundi, le Gouverneur militaire du Nord-Kivu, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Peter Cirimwami et le Colonel Alexis Rubagisha, d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9s au front en janvier et f\u00e9vrier de cette ann\u00e9e, ont re\u00e7u l\u2019hommage national de la R\u00e9publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En pr\u00e9sence des chefs des institutions, des membres du Gouvernement, des officiers g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et sup\u00e9rieurs des FARDC ainsi que des membres de famille des illustres disparus, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi, accompagn\u00e9 de la distingu\u00e9e Premi\u00e8re Dame Denise Nyakeru, s\u2019est inclin\u00e9 devant les deux cercueils couverts du drapeau national.
Le Commandant supr\u00eame des forces arm\u00e9es a aussi adress\u00e9 quelques mots de r\u00e9confort \u00e0 l\u2019endroit des membres des familles \u00e9plor\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les deux officiers sup\u00e9rieurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 promus \u00e0 titre posthumes aux grad\u00e9s de Lieutenant-g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Cirimwamu et G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de brigade pour le Colonel Alexis Rubagisha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au cours de la m\u00eame c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, les deux vaillants soldats, tomb\u00e9s sur le champs d\u2019honneur en plein exercice de leurs fonctions, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 admis dans l\u2019ordre national \u00ab  H\u00e9ros Nationaux Kabila -Lumumba \u00bb pour les loyaux services rendus \u00e0 la nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En t\u00eate de l\u2019escorte fun\u00e9raire, le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat a accompagn\u00e9 les d\u00e9pouilles des deux officiers au cimeti\u00e8re militaire d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Repos du soldat\u00a0\u00bb situ\u00e9 \u00e0 une cinquantaine des Km dans la commune de N\u2019sele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au cours de cette deuxi\u00e8me c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, le Commandant de la garde r\u00e9publicaine, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Ephraim Kabi a pris la parole pour remercier le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat qui consacr\u00e9 un cimeti\u00e8re aux soldats et hauts dignitaires ayant servi le pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab  Repos du Soldat est un champs d\u2019honneur, un sanctuaire de dignit\u00e9 et de reconnaissance \u00e9ternelle \u00bb, a dit le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Kabi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce cimeti\u00e8re, une initiative in\u00e9dite du genre, est b\u00e2ti sur une surface de 74 hectares faisant de lui le plus grand cimeti\u00e8re public de la capitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le chef d\u2019\u00c9tat-major des Fardc a exprim\u00e9 sa gratitude au Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat pour avoir honor\u00e9 la m\u00e9moire de ceux qui ont servi la nation avec dignit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prenant la parole \u00e0 son tour, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a lou\u00e9 la bravoure des illustres disparus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Le Colonel Alexis Rugabisha  appartenait \u00e0 cette lign\u00e9e de cadres qui tiennent la ligne avec calme et t\u00e9nacit\u00e9. Dans l\u2019adversit\u00e9, il savait rassembler, d\u00e9cider et agir, sans bruit, mais avec efficacit\u00e9 et honneur \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 l\u2019intention de l\u2019illustre disparu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sur un ton rassurant, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a conclu son mot : \u00ab nous poursuivrons la traque de tous les auteurs, commanditaires et complices des crimes commis contre nos populations. Nous exigerons l\u2019application des engagements r\u00e9gionaux et internationaux, le respect de notre souverainet\u00e9 et la protection effective des vies humaines. Nous honorerons nos morts en agissant avec constance, discipline et sens du devoir. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019inhumation a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion pour le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat d\u2019inaugurer le cimeti\u00e8re \u00ab le repos du soldat \u00bb. Cette n\u00e9cropole g\u00e9r\u00e9e par la Garde r\u00e9publicaine est \u00e9rig\u00e9e sur une surface de 74 hectares et est subdivis\u00e9e en quartiers comprenant chacun 600 caveaux dont 51 sont disponibles \u00e0 ce jour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Destin\u00e9 \u00e0 tout militaire moyennant le paiement des frais symboliques, \u00ab le repos du soldat \u00bb offre \u00e9galement un quartier d\u00e9di\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement aux officiels non militaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
