Le couronnement de D\u00e9borah Djema en tant que Miss Univers RDC 2025, le 21 ao\u00fbt, est au c\u0153ur d’une temp\u00eate judiciaire. La reine de beaut\u00e9 a officiellement d\u00e9pos\u00e9 plainte contre Anado Nadal Kabika et Dienda Kasinde Dorcas pour \u00ab usurpation de titre \u00bb et \u00ab port ill\u00e9gal de d\u00e9corations \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le cabinet d’avocats Mpinda Laws Firm, mandat\u00e9 par la miss, a introduit la plainte le 1er septembre dernier. Le c\u0153ur de l’affaire : alors que D\u00e9borah Djema a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e9gitimement \u00e9lue par un jury officiel, une autre pr\u00e9tendante, Dienda Kasinde Dorcas \u2013 pourtant battue lors de la comp\u00e9tition \u2013 aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 tort dans les m\u00e9dias comme la vraie gagnante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cet acte est d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 comme une manipulation et une violation des r\u00e8gles du concours. L’avocate de Miss Djema souligne le caract\u00e8re ill\u00e9gal de s’attribuer un titre honorifique sans en avoir le droit. Les personnes mises en cause risquent des poursuites p\u00e9nales pour ces infractions pr\u00e9vues par la loi congolaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
