Kamanda Kazadi, un p\u00e8re de famille, a \u00e9t\u00e9 tragiquement abattu dans la nuit du jeudi 11 au vendredi 12 septembre lors d\u2019une attaque arm\u00e9e dans le quartier Masanga-Mbila, en commune de Mont-Ngafula. Selon des t\u00e9moins, les assaillants, dont au moins deux portaient des tenues militaires, ont sem\u00e9 la terreur en s\u2019attaquant \u00e0 plusieurs habitations des avenues Bianda, Mpeyi, Nzita et Kimbuala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette attaque mortelle survient dans un contexte de recrudescence alarmante des actes de banditisme \u00e0 Mont-Ngafula. Ce qui touchait principalement les commer\u00e7ants s\u2019\u00e9tend d\u00e9sormais aux familles, avec une escalade des violences : vols, agressions, intimidations et maintenant un meurtre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le drame est d\u2019autant plus pr\u00e9occupant qu\u2019il s\u2019est produit \u00e0 moins de 500 m\u00e8tres d\u2019un poste de police et d\u2019un CIAT, soulevant de s\u00e9rieuses questions sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du dispositif s\u00e9curitaire local. Les habitants, traumatis\u00e9s, d\u00e9noncent l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 grandissante et appellent les autorit\u00e9s \u00e0 renforcer urgemment la pr\u00e9sence polici\u00e8re et les patrouilles nocturnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 la peur qui s\u2019installe, certains r\u00e9sidents envisagent d\u00e9sormais de s\u2019organiser en milices d\u2019autod\u00e9fense, signe d\u2019une perte de confiance croissante envers la capacit\u00e9 des forces de l\u2019ordre \u00e0 les prot\u00e9ger. La famille de Kamanda Kazadi et les habitants de Masanga-Mbila r\u00e9clament justice et des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour garantir leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
