Il les a exhort\u00e9s \u00e0 quitter les rangs de l\u2019ennemi et \u00e0 r\u00e9int\u00e9grer les forces loyalistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019adressant particuli\u00e8rement aux soldats port\u00e9s disparus ou captur\u00e9s lors des r\u00e9centes tensions \u00e0 Goma et Bukavu, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Ekenge a tenu \u00e0 rassurer ces derniers : leur statut de militaires de la R\u00e9publique reste intact. \u00ab Vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s pour servir la R\u00e9publique et d\u00e9fendre la Patrie jusqu\u2019au sacrifice supr\u00eame. N\u2019accordez aucun cr\u00e9dit aux promesses de ceux qui veulent vous utiliser comme esclaves contre vos propres fr\u00e8res \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-appel-a-la-loyaute-et-au-patriotisme\">Un appel \u00e0 la loyaut\u00e9 et au patriotisme<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le message des FARDC est sans \u00e9quivoque : tout acte de collaboration avec l\u2019ennemi est un sacril\u00e8ge impardonnable. Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Ekenge a exhort\u00e9 les militaires \u00e9gar\u00e9s \u00e0 ne pas trahir leur serment envers la nation et \u00e0 saisir la premi\u00e8re occasion pour retourner leurs armes contre les rebelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019est inspir\u00e9 des exemples de soldats r\u00e9cemment exfiltr\u00e9s par le Comit\u00e9 international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR) depuis les installations de la MONUSCO \u00e0 Goma, ou ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 fui les rangs du M23. \u00ab \u00c0 la moindre occasion, faites tout pour tourner les canons contre l&rsquo;ennemi, quitter ses rangs et rejoindre les FARDC. Vos places dans nos rangs restent intactes et nous continuons \u00e0 vous prendre en compte dans la base de donn\u00e9es de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e \u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-contexte-strategique-tendu\">Un contexte strat\u00e9gique tendu<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet appel s\u2019inscrit dans un climat de fortes tensions persistantes dans l\u2019Est de la RDC, o\u00f9 les affrontements entre les FARDC et les rebelles du M23, soutenus par le Rwanda, se poursuivent sans rel\u00e2che.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9marche des FARDC fait suite \u00e0 une r\u00e9cente mise en sc\u00e8ne de la r\u00e9bellion AFC\/M23, qui a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 publiquement des militaires congolais ayant termin\u00e9 une formation et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 ses rangs.
