L\u2019inspecteur de police belge \u00e0 la retraite Patrick Boenders ,  a \u00e9t\u00e9  d\u00e9cor\u00e9 par le Pr\u00e9sident  congolais, du titre d\u2019 Officier dans l\u2019ordre national des h\u00e9ros nationaux Kabila-Lumumba, comme symbole de l\u2019amiti\u00e9 et de la solidarit\u00e9 de la RDC \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard du peuple belge, lors  d\u2019une  c\u00e9r\u00e9monie  \u00e0  Bruxelles, d\u2019apr\u00e8s  la Pr\u00e9sidence congolaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u00bb En vous d\u00e9cernant cette distinction, la R\u00e9publique  d\u00e9mocratique  du Congo (RDC), exprime sa gratitude non seulement \u00e0 un homme de m\u00e9rite mais aussi \u00e0 travers vous, au peuple belge pour l\u2019amiti\u00e9 et la solidarit\u00e9 constamment manifest\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de notre communaut\u00e9<\/em>\u00ab , a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, Felix Tshisekedi, lors de la  c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de d\u00e9coration de cet inspecteur de police belge affectueusement appel\u00e9  \u00bb Monsieur Congo \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le chef de l\u2019Etat congolais a formul\u00e9  le v\u0153u de voir cet acte symbolique consolider davantage des liens de coop\u00e9ration et de fraternit\u00e9 l\u2019amiti\u00e9 et la solidarit\u00e9 constamment manifest\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la Belgique et la RDC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
