Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de brigade Ruphin Fortunat Dimbisoa Zafisambo \u00e9tait en poste, depuis 2021, au sein de la primature. Il \u00e9tait le chef de cabinet\u00a0militaire du Premier ministre Christian Ntsay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce militaire de l\u2019arm\u00e9e de terre a fait ses \u00e9tudes \u00e0 l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie militaire d\u2019Antsirabe, en 1991, et son enseignement militaire de second degr\u00e9, en France. Le nouveau Premier ministre vient du corps administratif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019arm\u00e9e nous a expliqu\u00e9 que ce g\u00e9n\u00e9ral restait assez m\u00e9connu dans le s\u00e9rail. Aucun fait d\u2019arme \u00e0 son actif.
