Il a \u00e9galement rappel\u00e9 que le processus de paix de Luanda \u00e9tait proche d&rsquo;aboutir avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre boycott\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi a saisi la tribune du Global Gateway Forum \u00e0 Bruxelles pour adresser un message diplomatique fort concernant le conflit dans l&rsquo;est de la RDC, marqu\u00e9 par un appel direct au Pr\u00e9sident rwandais Paul Kagame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un plaidoyer pour la paix<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"341\" src=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/G2zzyQdWwAAdMlt.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-89906\" srcset=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/G2zzyQdWwAAdMlt.jpg 512w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/G2zzyQdWwAAdMlt-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/G2zzyQdWwAAdMlt-263x175.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Devant la communaut\u00e9 internationale r\u00e9unie \u00e0 Bruxelles, le chef de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat congolais a tendu la main \u00e0 son homologue rwandais : \u00ab\u00a0Il n&rsquo;est pas trop tard pour bien faire. Je prends \u00e0 t\u00e9moin ce forum, et \u00e0 travers lui le monde entier, pour vous demander d&rsquo;ordonner aux troupes du M23, soutenues par votre pays, d&rsquo;arr\u00eater cette escalade.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tshisekedi a rappel\u00e9 les efforts de paix d\u00e9j\u00e0 accomplis, notamment le processus de Luanda qu&rsquo;il a qualifi\u00e9 d&rsquo;achev\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a098%\u00a0\u00bb avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre interrompu. Prenant \u00e0 t\u00e9moin le pr\u00e9sident angolais Jo\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o, m\u00e9diateur et actuel pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;Union africaine, il a soulign\u00e9 la responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e des deux dirigeants dans la r\u00e9solution du conflit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un contexte diplomatique important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet appel intervient dans le cadre du Global Gateway Forum, sommet international organis\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne pour discuter de coop\u00e9ration mondiale sur les infrastructures et le d\u00e9veloppement durable.
