Les affrontements opposent les rebelles de l\u2019AFC-M23&nbsp;aux combattants Wazalendo&nbsp;du Collectif des Mouvements pour le Changement (CMC), dirig\u00e9 par Dominique Ndaruhutse.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis 5h du matin, des d\u00e9tonations d\u2019armes lourdes et l\u00e9g\u00e8res&nbsp;sont entendues dans le village de Bumbasha, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 une dizaine de kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 l\u2019est de Mwesso. Selon plusieurs sources locales, ces combats seraient li\u00e9s \u00e0 une op\u00e9ration de traque men\u00e9e par l\u2019AFC-M23&nbsp;pour expulser les combattants locaux&nbsp;du CMC&nbsp;de la zone.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les tirs ont provoqu\u00e9 une nouvelle vague de d\u00e9placements de population. Les habitants encore pr\u00e9sents dans le village ont fui vers Kanyangohe, Muhongozi et Katsiru, dans le Bwito, tandis que d\u2019autres ont rejoint Mwesso, dans les Bashali, territoire de Masisi.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces violences font suite \u00e0 une incursion survenue jeudi&nbsp;dans la localit\u00e9 de Karambi\/Chahemba, toujours dans le groupement de Bukombo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des rebelles&nbsp;pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s de l\u2019AFC-M23&nbsp;y auraient d\u00e9capit\u00e9 une femme de Buhambira, pill\u00e9 des biens&nbsp;et emport\u00e9 au moins quatre ch\u00e8vres, selon des t\u00e9moignages locaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les populations locales d\u00e9plorent cette escalade, qui survient malgr\u00e9 la signature, mardi dernier \u00e0 Doha, d\u2019un accord sur le m\u00e9canisme de surveillance du cessez-le-feu permanent\u00a0entre le gouvernement congolais\u00a0et l\u2019AFC-M23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0<br><strong>\u00a0Par Pascal Kabeya<br>CONGO PUB Online<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 214<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des combats intenses&nbsp;ont repris ce vendredi matin 17 octobre dans le groupement de Bukombo, en chefferie de Bwito, territoire de Rutshuru, au Nord-Kivu.
