Le serviteur de Dieu est mort subitement alors qu\u2019il pr\u00eachait devant ses fid\u00e8les, cr\u00e9ant une onde de choc dans toute la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un drame en direct devant l\u2019assembl\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le drame s\u2019est produit en pleine c\u00e9l\u00e9bration dominicale. Le pasteur Othiniel d\u00e9livrait un sermon passionn\u00e9 inspir\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9vangile de Luc (1:26-38), centr\u00e9 sur le th\u00e8me : \u00ab Rien n\u2019est impossible \u00e0 Dieu \u00bb. Selon plusieurs t\u00e9moins, en pleine exhortation, il aurait soudainement interrompu son message en s\u2019exclamant \u00ab Oh mon Dieu ! \u00bb, avant de s\u2019effondrer sur l\u2019estrade, sous le regard horrifi\u00e9 de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intervention rapide mais vaine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fid\u00e8les, d\u2019abord saisis de stupeur, se sont rapidement port\u00e9s \u00e0 son secours. Le pasteur a \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement transport\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de Muanda. Malheureusement, les efforts du personnel m\u00e9dical sont rest\u00e9s vains. Les m\u00e9decins n\u2019ont pu que constater son d\u00e9c\u00e8s, plongeant la communaut\u00e9 dans une profonde consternation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une communaut\u00e9 sous le choc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le corps du d\u00e9funt pasteur a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 \u00e0 la morgue de l\u2019h\u00f4pital en attendant les formalit\u00e9s m\u00e9dico-l\u00e9gales. La nouvelle de sa disparition soudaine a provoqu\u00e9 une vive \u00e9motion well beyond les fronti\u00e8res de sa paroisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9crit par ses proches comme un homme \u00ab humble, d\u00e9vou\u00e9 et passionn\u00e9 par son minist\u00e8re \u00bb, le pasteur Othiniel laisse le souvenir d\u2019un serviteur de Dieu engag\u00e9, emport\u00e9 en pleine action d\u2019\u00e9vang\u00e9lisation, au moment m\u00eame o\u00f9 il proclamait la toute-puissance divine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hommages et soutien<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La communaut\u00e9 chr\u00e9tienne locale, encore sous le choc, se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 rendre un dernier hommage \u00e0 celui qui a marqu\u00e9 de son minist\u00e8re de nombreuses vies.
