Dans un communiqu\u00e9 officiel, le ministre des Hydrocarbures, Acacias Bandubola, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que cet incident \u00e9tait d\u00fb \u00e0 une perforation de la canalisation par des \u00ab personnes inciviques et malveillantes \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un sabotage aux cons\u00e9quences imm\u00e9diates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les actes de vandalisme ont \u00e9t\u00e9 perp\u00e9tr\u00e9s dans la nuit du samedi 18 au dimanche 19 octobre, entra\u00eenant l\u2019arr\u00eat momentan\u00e9 du pompage des produits p\u00e9troliers. Selon le communiqu\u00e9, cet incident a perturb\u00e9 la distribution du carburant pendant 48 heures, cr\u00e9ant une situation de tension \u00e0 Kinshasa o\u00f9 de nombreuses stations-service se sont retrouv\u00e9es en rupture de stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9solution technique et retour \u00e0 la normale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le minist\u00e8re des Hydrocarbures a annonc\u00e9 que les \u00e9quipes techniques de la SEP Congo ont \u00ab d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtur\u00e9 les fuites et remis le pipeline en service \u00bb.
