{"id":90557,"date":"2025-10-27T12:16:40","date_gmt":"2025-10-27T11:16:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=90557"},"modified":"2025-10-27T12:16:48","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T11:16:48","slug":"tshopo-le-gouverneur-paulin-lendongolia-dechu-de-ses-fonctions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=90557","title":{"rendered":"Tshopo : le gouverneur Paulin Lendongolia d\u00e9chu de ses fonctions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Gouverneur de la province de la Tshopo, au nord-est de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9chu lundi de ses fonctions par les d\u00e9put\u00e9s provinciaux \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une motion de d\u00e9fiance, a constat\u00e9 l\u2019ACP lors d\u2019une pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re tenue \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab Sur les 29 d\u00e9put\u00e9s provinciaux que compte l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale, 18 ont pris part au vote dont le r\u00e9sultat se pr\u00e9sente comme suit : 18 voix pour la motion et aucune contre. De ce fait, M. Paulin Lendongolia Lebabonga est d\u00e9chu de ses fonctions et r\u00e9put\u00e9 d\u00e9missionnaire conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 42 de la loi relative \u00e0 la libre administration des provinces<\/em> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale, Dr Mateus Kanga Londimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et de poursuivre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>M.
