Ce sera en effet un congr\u00e8s et pas seulement une simple matin\u00e9e politique. La tenue du congr\u00e8s est irr\u00e9versible \u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9 avec fermet\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectif principal : la r\u00e9vision des textes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ce congr\u00e8s aura avant tout pour objectif de r\u00e9viser les textes r\u00e9gissant le parti, conform\u00e9ment aux orientations d\u00e9finies par la haute autorit\u00e9 politique de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, le pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Antoine Tshisekedi. Cette r\u00e9vision s&rsquo;inscrit dans une dynamique de modernisation et d&rsquo;adaptation du parti aux d\u00e9fis politiques actuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation des nouvelles structures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Augustin Kabuya a profit\u00e9 de cette occasion pour pr\u00e9senter officiellement les pr\u00e9sidents de la Ligue des femmes et de la Ligue des jeunes, d\u00e9montrant le bon fonctionnement des structures internes du parti. Il a lanc\u00e9 un appel sp\u00e9cifique aux diff\u00e9rentes composantes : \u00ab Je m&rsquo;adresse \u00e0 vous, jeunes: soutenez vos leaders au sein de la ligue des jeunes; quant \u00e0 vous, Mesdames, comptez sur les leaders de la ligue f\u00e9minine. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration m\u00e9thodique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pr\u00e9vision de cette importante r\u00e9union, plusieurs commissions seront cr\u00e9\u00e9es, notamment des responsables charg\u00e9s de l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration des nouveaux statuts et r\u00e8glements internes, afin d&rsquo;harmoniser les textes et d&rsquo;assurer la coh\u00e9rence de l&rsquo;appareil partisan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un moment d\u00e9cisif pour l&rsquo;UDPS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;UDPS\/Tshisekedi, ce congr\u00e8s de d\u00e9cembre repr\u00e9sente un moment charni\u00e8re marqu\u00e9 par une volont\u00e9 claire de restructuration et de consolidation des organes du parti.
