Volodymyr Zelensky a dit qu’il \u00ab\u00a0continuait de respecter<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb la volont\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine de mettre fin \u00e0 la guerre. Dans un discours solennel le 21 novembre, le pr\u00e9sident ukrainien a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les prochains jours seraient parmi les plus difficiles et que le pays devrait choisir entre sa dignit\u00e9 et un partenaire-cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les Ukrainiens sont inquiets et ont l’impression d’avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 laiss\u00e9s tomb\u00e9 par l’alli\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain et que le plan de Washington<\/strong><\/a> ne satisfait que les int\u00e9r\u00eats russes. Au c\u0153ur des discussions notamment, la question territoriale qui pr\u00e9occupe le plus les Ukrainiens. Si Kiev acceptait le plan en l’\u00e9tat, l’Ukraine<\/a><\/strong> serait amput\u00e9e de 20% de son territoire. Mais depuis la contre-offensive ukrainienne de 2022, la Russie<\/a><\/strong> n’a pu s’emparer que d’environ 1% de ce m\u00eame territoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les Ukrainiens ne voient donc pas pourquoi ils devraient capituler. Pour Mustafa Nayyem, ancien journaliste et figure-cl\u00e9 de l’Euromaidan, ce plan offre \u00e0 la victime – l’Ukraine – la possibilit\u00e9 de formaliser sa propre d\u00e9faite afin que tous les autres puissent aller de l’avant plus sereinement. Pour Dmytro Kuleba, l’ancien ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res ukrainien, le pays n’a pas d’autre choix que de n\u00e9gocier ce plan pour en changer au moins quelques points ou bien de continuer les combats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les Ukrainiens vent debout contre la corruption<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

L’ultimatum am\u00e9ricain arrive \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9sidence ukrainienne est fragilis\u00e9e par un scandale de corruption \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle nationale. Ce\u00a0scandale est mentionn\u00e9 du bout des l\u00e8vres par le pr\u00e9sident lorsqu’il parle de batailles internes en Ukraine qui fragilisent le pays. Depuis le d\u00e9but de l’invasion russe, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile a fait bloc derri\u00e8re son pr\u00e9sident pour sa politique internationale, mais sans transiger sur l’une des conditions majeures qui permettraient \u00e0 l’Ukraine de rejoindre l’Union europ\u00e9enne\u00a0: se d\u00e9barrasser de la corruption end\u00e9mique au sein de ses institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le dernier scandale en date dans le secteur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9clabousse le gouvernement et le pr\u00e9sident, puisque plusieurs ministres, depuis limog\u00e9s, et des proches du pr\u00e9sident sont soup\u00e7onn\u00e9s de d\u00e9tournement de fonds. Aujourd’hui, c’est donc l’Ukraine toute enti\u00e8re, mais aussi la pr\u00e9sidence qui se trouve \u00e0 un tournant de son histoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans la capitale ukrainienne, qui vit au rythme des coupures d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, l’ambiance est morose \u00e0 la suite des propositions am\u00e9ricaines. Mais parmi la population, beaucoup refusent de se laisser abattre, comme Yuliia, op\u00e9ratrice de drones, en permission \u00e0 Kiev et Ludmila, retrait\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
