Ce mercredi 3 d\u00e9cembre, la localit\u00e9 frontali\u00e8re de <strong>Kamanyola<\/strong> est coup\u00e9e en deux : au sud, les positions des FARDC ; au nord, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la barri\u00e8re rwandaise ferm\u00e9e, les rebelles de l&rsquo;AFC-M23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La violence a surgi en pleine nuit \u00e0 <strong>Katogota<\/strong>, \u00e0 une vingtaine de kilom\u00e8tres. Vers 3 heures, une source locale d\u00e9crit l&rsquo;assaut des rebelles. La r\u00e9plique des FARDC et des miliciens Wazalendo, quatre heures plus tard, a repouss\u00e9 le front jusqu&rsquo;ici, transformant cette ville de transit en champ de bataille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des familles enti\u00e8res, ballot\u00e9es entre les tirs, ont tent\u00e9 de se r\u00e9fugier au Rwanda voisin. Elles se sont heurt\u00e9es dans un premier temps \u00e0 des barri\u00e8res closes, Kigali invoquant la crainte d&rsquo;infiltrations. En milieu de journ\u00e9e, les portes se sont entrouvertes pour laisser passer un flot de civis \u00e9puis\u00e9s, abandonnant derri\u00e8re eux maisons br\u00fbl\u00e9es et \u00e9coles d\u00e9truites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce regain de violence offre un contraste cruel avec l&rsquo;agenda diplomatique. Dans moins de 24 heures, les pr\u00e9sidents Tshisekedi et Kagame sont cens\u00e9s parapher un accord de paix \u00e0 <strong>Washington<\/strong>.
