{"id":92045,"date":"2025-12-08T09:54:06","date_gmt":"2025-12-08T08:54:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=92045"},"modified":"2025-12-08T09:54:14","modified_gmt":"2025-12-08T08:54:14","slug":"le-depute-carly-nzanzu-demande-la-reconduction-des-allegements-fiscaux-au-nord-kivu-et-en-ituri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=92045","title":{"rendered":"Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Carly Nzanzu demande la reconduction des all\u00e9gements fiscaux au Nord-Kivu et en Ituri"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dans une lettre adress\u00e9e \u00e0 la Premi\u00e8re ministre, dont une copie est parvenue ce vendredi 5 d\u00e9cembre \u00e0 Radio Okapi, le d\u00e9put\u00e9 national et ancien gouverneur du Nord-Kivu, Carly Nzanzu Kasivita, sollicite du gouvernement congolais la prorogation des mesures d\u2019all\u00e9gements fiscaux dans les provinces du Nord-Kivu et de l\u2019Ituri.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9lu du territoire de Beni demande la reconduction du d\u00e9cret portant sur les mesures d\u2019all\u00e9gements fiscaux, douaniers et des recettes non fiscales en faveur des op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques \u0153uvrant dans ces provinces plac\u00e9es sous \u00e9tat de si\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il plaide \u00e9galement pour le renouvellement du d\u00e9cret suspendant la perception de la TVA \u00e0 l\u2019importation et \u00e0 la vente de certains biens dans les secteurs de la cimenterie et de l\u2019immobilier, afin de soulager les populations du Nord-Kivu et de l\u2019Ituri, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiookapi.net\/2023\/10\/09\/actualite\/securite\/rdc-une-petition-pour-que-le-nord-kivu-et-lituri-soient-declarees\">victimes de l\u2019activisme des groupes arm\u00e9s<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>La guerre, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de l\u2019agression rwandaise ou de l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 caus\u00e9e par les groupes arm\u00e9s locaux et \u00e9trangers, notamment les ADF, a un impact tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gatif sur les affaires, les investissements et les conditions de vie des populations<\/em> \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 Carly Nzanzu \u00e0 Radio Okapi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 rappelle que le gouvernement avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises pour accorder des all\u00e9gements fiscaux \u00e0 la population. Il avait r\u00e9pondu favorablement en signant le d\u00e9cret n\u00b024\/17 du 21 novembre 2024, qui accordait des all\u00e9gements fiscaux et douaniers sur certains produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab<em> Nous demandons la reconduction de ce d\u00e9cret, car la situation demeure inchang\u00e9e. Si vous regardez, par exemple, le secteur des carburants au Nord-Kivu, la taxe sur les carburants est pass\u00e9e de 1 000 $ \u00e0 3 000 $, contrairement aux dispositions du d\u00e9cret du Premier ministre.
