Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), a nomm\u00e9 MM. Rapha\u00ebl Kabengele et Jean-Paul Kilembe, respectivement inspecteur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et inspecteur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint des Mines (IGM), dans une ordonnance lue mercredi, \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision nationale.
\u00ab Article premier: sont nomm\u00e9s aux fonctions sp\u00e9cifiques au regard de leurs noms au sein de l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des mines, les personnes ci-apr\u00e8s, M. Rapha\u00ebl Kabengele inspecteur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, M. Jean-Paul Kilembe inspecteur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint \u00bb, a-t-on suivi.
Rapha\u00ebl Kabengele remplace \u00e0 ce poste M. Didier Kaku tandisque son adjoint, remplace le Professeur Kampata, en poste depuis la cr\u00e9ation de cet organe de contr\u00f4le, avril 2023 par le Gouvernement.
Ce jeune service public sert d\u2019instrument de la lutte contre la fraude et la contrebande mini\u00e8re, de maux qui emp\u00eachent le secteur minier congolais de jouer son r\u00f4le dans le d\u00e9veloppement socio-\u00e9conomique.
Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9e sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re des Mines, afin de jouer essentiellement son r\u00f4le de coordination et de liaison entre les diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s publiques charg\u00e9es du contr\u00f4le de la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des produits miniers des sites d\u2019extraction aux points d\u2019exportation.
Par ailleurs, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a sign\u00e9 aussi d\u2019autres ordonnances , notamment celle relative \u00e0 la prorogation de l\u2019\u00e9tat de si\u00e8ge dans les privinces de l\u2019 Ituri et du Nord-Kivu , situ\u00e9es dans l\u2019est du pays o\u00f9 l\u2019arm\u00e9e rwandaise poursuit son agression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
