L\u2019op\u00e9ration s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e vers 1 heure du matin \u00e0 sa r\u00e9sidence priv\u00e9e de Kinshasa, selon des sources proches de sa famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9tails de l\u2019intervention indiquent que des \u00e9l\u00e9ments des forces de l\u2019ordre ont d\u2019abord encercl\u00e9 son domicile avant de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 son arrestation et de l\u2019emmener vers une destination non divulgu\u00e9e. \u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, aucune communication officielle des autorit\u00e9s congolaises n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite pour pr\u00e9ciser les motifs l\u00e9gaux de cette interpellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette arrestation s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte politique extr\u00eamement tendu, marqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois par l\u2019escalade des conflits dans l\u2019Est du pays et par une s\u00e9rie de poursuites judiciaires visant des personnalit\u00e9s proches de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident Joseph Kabila, fondateur et autorit\u00e9 morale du PPRD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle fait suite \u00e0 d\u2019autres mesures r\u00e9centes prises contre des cadres de ce parti, notamment l\u2019arrestation, il y a peu, d\u2019Emmanuel Ramazani Shadary, son secr\u00e9taire permanent. Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements interviennent \u00e9galement apr\u00e8s la condamnation \u00e0 mort par contumace de Joseph Kabila par la justice militaire congolaise, dans un dossier li\u00e9 \u00e0 des accusations de \u00ab soutien pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 \u00bb \u00e0 la r\u00e9bellion du M23-AFC \u2013 des accusations fermement rejet\u00e9es par l\u2019ancien chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat et son entourage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019interpellation d\u2019un haut responsable politique de l\u2019opposition, ancien pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, soul\u00e8ve des questions sur l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre les n\u00e9cessit\u00e9s de la justice et les tensions politiques pr\u00e9-\u00e9lectorales.
