{"id":93995,"date":"2026-02-15T20:30:55","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T19:30:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=93995"},"modified":"2026-02-15T20:31:04","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T19:31:04","slug":"washington-attend-des-mesures-concretes-sur-la-demobilisation-des-fdlr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=93995","title":{"rendered":"Washington attend des mesures concr\u00e8tes sur la d\u00e9mobilisation des FDLR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les \u00c9tats-Unis attendent du Rwanda et du M23 qu\u2019ils annoncent clairement les mesures prises en vue de la d\u00e9mobilisation des FDLR, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Chris Smith, pr\u00e9sident de la Sous-commission Afrique de la Commission des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res de la Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants des \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le congressman am\u00e9ricain, les zones auparavant identifi\u00e9es comme \u00e9tant sous le contr\u00f4le des FDLR se trouvent d\u00e9sormais sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 du M23 et du Rwanda. Dans ce contexte, Washington estime qu\u2019il revient aux acteurs actuellement pr\u00e9sents sur le terrain de d\u00e9montrer les actions concr\u00e8tes entreprises pour neutraliser et d\u00e9mobiliser ces combattants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Forces d\u00e9mocratiques de lib\u00e9ration du Rwanda, groupe arm\u00e9 actif dans l\u2019est de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement accus\u00e9es d\u2019alimenter l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion des Grands Lacs.
