{"id":94177,"date":"2026-02-19T03:20:53","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T02:20:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=94177"},"modified":"2026-02-19T03:32:03","modified_gmt":"2026-02-19T02:32:03","slug":"christopher-ngoy-mutamba-rejette-tout-dialogue-exterieur-avec-lafc-m23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=94177","title":{"rendered":"Christopher Ngoy Mutamba rejette tout dialogue ext\u00e9rieur avec l\u2019AFC\/M23"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Au cours d\u2019une interview accord\u00e9e le mardi 17 f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 Actu30.cd, le coordonnateur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, Christopher Ngoy Mutamba, est mont\u00e9 au cr\u00e9neau pour d\u00e9noncer la perspective d\u2019un dialogue politique organis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du pays, impliquant notamment les dirigeants de la r\u00e9bellion de l\u2019Alliance Fleuve Congo\/M23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019appuyant sur les conditions pr\u00e9alables \u00e9voqu\u00e9es par le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, pour l\u2019organisation d\u2019un \u00e9ventuel forum, il a insist\u00e9 sur les garanties indispensables \u00e0 la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la transparence d\u2019un tel processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Si un dialogue devait se tenir, il doit se d\u00e9rouler au Palais du peuple, \u00eatre organis\u00e9 par ceux qui ont le mandat, supervis\u00e9 par le souverain primaire lui-m\u00eame et, surtout, \u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9 \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9, plaidant pour un cadre institutionnel clair et public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019activiste des droits de l\u2019homme a \u00e9galement martel\u00e9 qu\u2019aucune forme d\u2019impunit\u00e9 ne saurait \u00eatre tol\u00e9r\u00e9e. Il s\u2019est oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 toute participation de Corneille Nangaa et de Joseph Kabila \u00e0 un \u00e9ventuel dialogue, estimant qu\u2019ils portent une lourde responsabilit\u00e9 dans les violences ayant endeuill\u00e9 le pays.
