{"id":94717,"date":"2026-03-04T23:59:02","date_gmt":"2026-03-04T22:59:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=94717"},"modified":"2026-03-04T23:59:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T22:59:10","slug":"japon-la-dissolution-de-la-secte-moon-confirmee-en-appel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=94717","title":{"rendered":"Japon: la dissolution de la secte Moon confirm\u00e9e en appel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Au Japon, la Haute Cour de Tokyo a ordonn\u00e9 la dissolution imm\u00e9diate de l\u2019aile nippone de \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;\u00c9glise de l&rsquo;Unification \u00bb, autrement dit, de la secte Moon, reconnue coupable d\u2019avoir ruin\u00e9 d\u2019innombrables de ses adeptes japonais en les contraignant \u00e0 lui faire des dons exorbitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La secte Moon a perdu son appel contre la d\u00e9cision datant de mars 2025 d&rsquo;un tribunal japonais de la dissoudre juridiquement. Le gouvernement japonais avait en effet saisi la justice fin 2023 pour obtenir la r\u00e9vocation de son statut d&rsquo;organisation religieuse, \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate apr\u00e8s\u00a0l&rsquo;assassinat de Shinzo Abe en juillet 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le jugement, la secte perd donc tous les avantages financiers, fiscaux, notamment, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant aux organisations religieuses, puisqu\u2019elle n\u2019est plus reconnue comme telle. Ses avoirs vont \u00e9galement \u00eatre liquid\u00e9s. Cela ne l&#8217;emp\u00eachera toutefois pas de poursuivre ses activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fond\u00e9e en 1954 en Cor\u00e9e du Sud par Sun Myung Moon, l&rsquo;\u00c9glise s&rsquo;est fortement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e dans les ann\u00e9es 1970 et 1980, y compris au Japon, et est accus\u00e9e d&rsquo;imposer des objectifs de dons \u00e0 ses adeptes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-large-soutien-des-japonais-a-la-decision\"><strong>Large soutien des Japonais \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les rues de Tokyo, les passants saluent la d\u00e9cision de la Haute Cour, comme le raconte le correspondant de RFI au Japon,\u00a0Bruno Duval. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas des religieux mais des pr\u00e9dateurs, qui se sont rendus coupables d\u2019escroquerie et d\u2019extorsion de fonds en bande organis\u00e9e. Ils ne m\u00e9ritaient aucune piti\u00e9\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb, dit l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;eux.\u00a0\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>Ils ont fait tant de mal \u00e0 notre pays et pendant si longtemps : cette dissolution \u00e9tait in\u00e9vitable<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, constate une autre.\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>La libert\u00e9 de culte, c\u2019est un fondement de la d\u00e9mocratie, oui, mais, l\u00e0, ce n\u2019\u00e9tait plus possible: ne rien faire, c\u2019e\u00fbt \u00e9t\u00e9 de la non-assistance \u00e0 des adeptes en danger<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, assure un homme.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un couple d\u00e9nonce un deux poids, deux mesures. \u00ab<em>&nbsp;Juste une dissolution administrative, aucune sanction p\u00e9nale\u2026 : ils s\u2019en tirent bien, eux&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, dit l&rsquo;homme. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>En revanche, l\u2019homme qui mit en lumi\u00e8re les d\u00e9rives de cette secte a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 la prison \u00e0 vie: il n&rsquo;a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019aucune circonstance att\u00e9nuante alors pourtant qu\u2019il en a \u00e9t\u00e9 victime&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, reprend une femme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fin janvier, \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019un proc\u00e8s qui, pendant trois mois, passionna le pays,\u00a0la r\u00e9clusion criminelle \u00e0 perp\u00e9tuit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 inflig\u00e9e \u00e0 Tetsuya Yamagami, qui, il y a quatre ans, assassina l\u2019ex-Premier ministre\u00a0Shinzo Abe, \u00e0\u00a0qui il reprochait ses liens \u2013 av\u00e9r\u00e9s \u2013 avec la secte Moon\u00a0: un mouvement qui avait ruin\u00e9 sa propre famille, sa m\u00e8re, adepte depuis 35 ans, lui ayant fait des dons d\u2019un montant consid\u00e9rable.
