{"id":94853,"date":"2026-03-11T01:48:25","date_gmt":"2026-03-11T00:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=94853"},"modified":"2026-03-11T01:48:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T00:48:33","slug":"aml-holdings-llc-met-fin-a-son-partenariat-avec-kerith-resources-sarl-pour-un-projet-minier-au-kongo-central","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=94853","title":{"rendered":"AML Holdings LLC met fin \u00e0 son partenariat avec Kerith Resources SARL pour un projet minier au Kongo Central"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine AML Holdings LLC a annonc\u00e9 la r\u00e9siliation de son protocole d\u2019accord avec Kerith Resources SARL, mettant ainsi un terme \u00e0 leur projet de coentreprise destin\u00e9 \u00e0 exploiter du mangan\u00e8se dans la province du Kongo Central, dans l\u2019ouest de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise am\u00e9ricaine, cette d\u00e9cision, entr\u00e9e en vigueur le <strong>2 f\u00e9vrier 2026<\/strong>, intervient apr\u00e8s plusieurs mois de discussions infructueuses entre les deux partenaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les n\u00e9gociations n\u2019ont pas permis d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 la signature d\u2019un <strong>pacte d\u2019actionnaires d\u00e9finitif<\/strong>, notamment en raison de divergences sur l\u2019approche relative \u00e0 l\u2019obtention des permis miniers ainsi que sur la r\u00e9partition des droits et responsabilit\u00e9s au sein de la future soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-desaccords-sur-les-licences-minieres-et-la-gouvernance\">D\u00e9saccords sur les licences mini\u00e8res et la gouvernance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet de partenariat avait \u00e9t\u00e9 initialement conclu le <strong>28 juin 2025<\/strong> \u00e0 la suite de la neuvi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la TICAD 9 (Conf\u00e9rence internationale de Tokyo sur le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Afrique).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cadre de cette collaboration, les deux entreprises avaient engag\u00e9 une analyse du cadre juridique et op\u00e9rationnel du projet.
