{"id":95231,"date":"2026-03-24T21:13:16","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T20:13:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=95231"},"modified":"2026-03-24T21:14:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T20:14:46","slug":"rdc-interpelle-puis-relache-papy-mantezolo-attendu-devant-la-justice-le-25-mars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=95231","title":{"rendered":"RDC : interpell\u00e9 puis rel\u00e2ch\u00e9, Papy Mantezolo attendu devant la justice le 25 mars"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale du Kongo-Central, Papy Mantezolo Diantezua, a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 dans la nuit du samedi 21 mars \u00e0 Kinshasa, aux alentours de 23 heures, dans des circonstances ayant suscit\u00e9 de vives r\u00e9actions au sein de la classe politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon plusieurs sources, l\u2019ancien speaker aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 alors qu\u2019il tentait de traverser vers Brazzaville, une version contest\u00e9e par ses proches qui affirment qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 en pleine circulation dans la capitale, sans intention de fuite. Il disposait toutefois d\u2019un passeport muni d\u2019un visa valide pour la Chine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au moment de son interpellation, Papy Mantezolo Diantezua \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9 de deux de ses collaborateurs \u00e9galement poursuivis par la justice, \u00e0 savoir Ronald Bikindu, son ancien directeur de cabinet, et Pascal Mantezolo, intendant de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9agissant \u00e0 cette arrestation, Me Joachim Baya Ntoto, pr\u00e9sident du parti Nouvelle Dynamique Kongo, avait exprim\u00e9 sa surprise, affirmant que son client se pr\u00e9parait \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre au mandat de comparution pr\u00e9vu le 25 mars devant le Parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour de cassation. Il avait d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 une interpellation pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e, tout en r\u00e9it\u00e9rant la volont\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9lu de Luozi de collaborer avec la justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019avocat avait \u00e9galement soulev\u00e9 une question de proc\u00e9dure, estimant que les immunit\u00e9s parlementaires de Papy Mantezolo Diantezua auraient d\u00fb \u00eatre lev\u00e9es au pr\u00e9alable par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale avant toute poursuite judiciaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remis en libert\u00e9 apr\u00e8s 48 heures de garde \u00e0 vue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 48 heures pass\u00e9es en garde \u00e0 vue \u00e0 l\u2019Inspection Provinciale de la Police de Kinshasa (IPKIN), Papy Mantezolo Diantezua a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 remis en libert\u00e9 dans la soir\u00e9e du lundi 23 mars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur ses r\u00e9seaux sociaux, l\u2019\u00e9lu a r\u00e9agi en d\u00e9clarant : \u00ab Condamner sans avoir toute la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, c\u2019est participer aux mensonges.
