{"id":95268,"date":"2026-03-27T03:32:36","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T02:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=95268"},"modified":"2026-03-27T03:32:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T02:32:44","slug":"kinshasa-indignation-apres-des-violences-sur-une-patiente-a-lhopital-de-kinkole-un-medecin-interpelle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=95268","title":{"rendered":"Kinshasa : indignation apr\u00e8s des violences sur une patiente \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital de Kinkole, un m\u00e9decin interpell\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un grave scandale secoue le secteur de la sant\u00e9 en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9v\u00e9lation d\u2019actes de violence physique et psychologique inflig\u00e9s \u00e0 une patiente \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de Kinkole, \u00e0 Kinshasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le 26 mars 2026, le Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 Publique, Hygi\u00e8ne et Pr\u00e9voyance Sociale s\u2019est dit profond\u00e9ment indign\u00e9 \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un rapport de l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la sant\u00e9 confirmant les faits. Une patiente aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 agress\u00e9e par un membre du personnel m\u00e9dical lors de sa prise en charge, dans des circonstances jug\u00e9es particuli\u00e8rement graves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon plusieurs t\u00e9moignages, le m\u00e9decin mis en cause, identifi\u00e9 comme David Balangakayi, aurait frapp\u00e9 une femme en salle d\u2019accouchement apr\u00e8s que celle-ci a refus\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre film\u00e9e, alors qu\u2019elle se trouvait en situation de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9. La diffusion des images sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux a amplifi\u00e9 l\u2019indignation, en raison de l\u2019atteinte flagrante \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9 de la victime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vives r\u00e9actions des autorit\u00e9s et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La commissaire nationale aux droits de la femme et de l\u2019enfant \u00e0 la Commission nationale des droits de l\u2019homme, Gis\u00e8le Kapinga, a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 des faits \u00ab inadmissibles \u00bb et appel\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9action urgente des autorit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Premi\u00e8re ministre Judith Suminwa a \u00e9galement condamn\u00e9 des actes \u00ab profond\u00e9ment choquants et totalement inacceptables \u00bb, insistant sur le fait qu\u2019aucune circonstance ne peut justifier de telles violences dans un \u00e9tablissement de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil sup\u00e9rieur de l\u2019audiovisuel et de la communication, Christian Bosembe, s\u2019est dit \u00ab profond\u00e9ment outr\u00e9 \u00bb, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant une atteinte grave \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9 humaine et aux principes fondamentaux de l\u2019\u00e9thique m\u00e9dicale. Il a \u00e9galement mis en garde contre la diffusion r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e des images, appelant \u00e0 respecter la dignit\u00e9 de la victime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9ponse des autorit\u00e9s : sanctions et enqu\u00eates en cours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"960\" src=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-40.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-95270\" style=\"width:494px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-40.png 720w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-40-225x300.png 225w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-40-585x780.png 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En r\u00e9action, le minist\u00e8re a annonc\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de mesures imm\u00e9diates. Le dossier a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis \u00e0 la justice et le Conseil de l\u2019Ordre des m\u00e9decins a \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi pour des sanctions disciplinaires. Une inspection extraordinaire de l\u2019h\u00f4pital ainsi qu\u2019un audit national des pratiques m\u00e9dicales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le personnel impliqu\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendu \u00e0 titre pr\u00e9ventif. Par ailleurs, David Balangakayi a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 par la police judiciaire, marquant une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 dans la proc\u00e9dure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les autorit\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 la mise en place d\u2019un dispositif national unifi\u00e9 de gestion des plaintes dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9, afin de renforcer la transparence et pr\u00e9venir de tels abus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un rappel \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9thique m\u00e9dicale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette affaire relance le d\u00e9bat sur le respect de l\u2019\u00e9thique dans les structures sanitaires en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo.
