{"id":95528,"date":"2026-04-08T09:36:33","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T07:36:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=95528"},"modified":"2026-04-08T09:36:42","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T07:36:42","slug":"engip-rdc-sa-et-sep-congo-concluent-un-partenariat-strategique-pour-la-logistique-petroliere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=95528","title":{"rendered":"ENGIP-RDC SA et SEP-Congo concluent un partenariat strat\u00e9gique pour la logistique p\u00e9troli\u00e8re"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L\u2019ENGIP-RDC SA a sign\u00e9, ce mardi 7 avril 2026, quatre contrats d\u2019exploitation des actifs de logistique p\u00e9troli\u00e8re avec SEP-Congo, marquant une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans la structuration du secteur en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, organis\u00e9e au cabinet de la ministre du Portefeuille, Julie Shiku, s\u2019est tenue en pr\u00e9sence de sa coll\u00e8gue des Hydrocarbures, Acacia Bandubola, ainsi que de plusieurs acteurs du secteur p\u00e9trolier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenant la parole, le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019ENGIP-RDC SA, Richard Beya Ilunga, a salu\u00e9 une avanc\u00e9e majeure pour la continuit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations logistiques, notamment sur l\u2019axe strat\u00e9gique reliant Matadi \u00e0 Kinshasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce partenariat repose sur quatre conventions distinctes : l\u2019utilisation des pipelines et de leurs d\u00e9pendances, la location des \u00e9quipements industriels, ainsi que celle des b\u00e2timents professionnels et r\u00e9sidentiels. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019assurer une gestion optimale des infrastructures tout en renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle du secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Richard Beya Ilunga, ces accords n\u2019auront pas d\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif sur les prix des produits p\u00e9troliers. Ils pourraient au contraire contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts logistiques et soutenir la tendance actuelle \u00e0 la stabilisation, voire \u00e0 la baisse des prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de SEP-Congo, Malick Ndiaye, a mis en avant la confiance accord\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00c9tat congolais \u00e0 son entreprise, apr\u00e8s plusieurs mois de n\u00e9gociations. Il a insist\u00e9 sur les perspectives offertes par ce partenariat, notamment en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation, de modernisation des infrastructures et d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des performances logistiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9e le 15 janvier 2026, l\u2019ENGIP-RDC SA a pour mission d\u2019assurer la gestion, la s\u00e9curisation et la modernisation des infrastructures p\u00e9troli\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale.
