{"id":95533,"date":"2026-04-08T11:02:33","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T09:02:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=95533"},"modified":"2026-04-08T11:36:38","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T09:36:38","slug":"genocide-des-tutsis-la-justice-francaise-a-lheure-de-se-prononcer-sur-le-non-lieu-rendu-pour-agathe-habyarimana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=95533","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e9nocide des Tutsis: la justice fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure de se prononcer sur le non-lieu rendu pour Agathe Habyarimana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ce mercredi 8 avril 2026, la Cour d&rsquo;appel de Paris rend sa d\u00e9cision sur l&rsquo;ordonnance de non-lieu et rejet d&rsquo;actes compl\u00e9mentaires, dont a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 Agathe Habyarimana en ao\u00fbt 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le parquet et le collectif des parties civiles pour le Rwanda ont fait appel de cette d\u00e9cision, qui vise \u00e0 clore d\u00e9finitivement une proc\u00e9dure d\u00e9but\u00e9e il y a pr\u00e8s de vingt ans contre la veuve de l&rsquo;ancien pr\u00e9sident Juv\u00e9nal Habyarimana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le parquet et les parties civiles estiment que de nombreux \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9s par les magistrats qui ont conclut il y a quelques mois qu&rsquo;il \u00ab&nbsp;<em>n&rsquo;existe pas de charges suffisantes&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb contre Agathe Kazinga.&nbsp;Leur ordonnance de non-lieu pr\u00e9sente m\u00eame l&rsquo;ancienne premi\u00e8re dame \u00ab<em>&nbsp;non pas comme auteure du <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rfi.fr\/fr\/podcasts\/le-grand-invit\u00e9-afrique\/20260407-g\u00e9nocide-des-tutsis-au-rwanda-j-ai-refus\u00e9-que-la-souffrance-d\u00e9finisse-ma-vie\">g\u00e9nocide<\/a><\/strong>, mais bien comme une victime&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rfi.fr\/fr\/afrique\/20190406-genocide-rwanda-attentat-6-avril\">l&rsquo;attentat mortel<\/a><\/strong> contre l&rsquo;avion de Juv\u00e9nal Habyarimana, le 6 avril 1994, signal d\u00e9clencheur du g\u00e9nocide des Tutsis au Rwanda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-nbsp-dossier-vide-nbsp-nbsp\">Un \u00ab&nbsp;<em>dossier vide<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que la d\u00e9fense pointe un \u00ab&nbsp;<em>dossier vide<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb et un non-lieu attendu, le parquet et les parties civiles soutiennent qu&rsquo;Agathe Habyarimana a pris une part active \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rfi.fr\/fr\/afrique\/20190407-rwanda-genocide-archives-rfi-radio-sons\">g\u00e9nocide<\/a><\/strong>, et \u00e0 sa mise en \u0153uvre.&nbsp;Selon les associations de victimes, l&rsquo;ex-premi\u00e8re dame \u00e9tait l&rsquo;une des dirigeante de l&rsquo;\u00ab Akazu&nbsp;\u00bb, le premier cercle du pouvoir hutu \u2013&nbsp;dont l&rsquo;existence m\u00eame est remise en cause par l&rsquo;ordonnance de non-lieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-liens-passes-sous-silence\">Des liens pass\u00e9s sous silence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les liens entre Agathe Habyarimana et le mercenaire fran\u00e7ais Paul Barril avant et pendant le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rfi.fr\/fr\/afrique\/20140406-rwanda-origines-genocide-habyarimana-kagame-tutsis-hutus-france\">g\u00e9nocide des Tutsis<\/a><\/strong> ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 pass\u00e9s sous silence par les magistrats \u2013&nbsp;auxquels le parquet national anti-terroriste reproche d&rsquo;avoir \u00e9cart\u00e9 un certains nombre de t\u00e9moin cl\u00e9s dans cette affaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RFI<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 38<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce mercredi 8 avril 2026, la Cour d&rsquo;appel de Paris rend sa d\u00e9cision sur l&rsquo;ordonnance de non-lieu et rejet d&rsquo;actes compl\u00e9mentaires, dont a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 Agathe Habyarimana en ao\u00fbt 2025.
