{"id":97596,"date":"2026-06-21T09:48:25","date_gmt":"2026-06-21T07:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=97596"},"modified":"2026-06-21T09:48:27","modified_gmt":"2026-06-21T07:48:27","slug":"rdc-tunda-ya-kasende-evoque-de-presumes-contacts-entre-danciens-responsables-congolais-et-kigali","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=97596","title":{"rendered":"RDC : Tunda ya Kasende \u00e9voque de pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s contacts entre d\u2019anciens responsables congolais et Kigali"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ancien vice-Premier ministre congolais Tunda ya Kasende a r\u00e9agi publiquement \u00e0 des informations circulant sur de suppos\u00e9s \u00e9changes entre d\u2019anciens responsables de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo et les autorit\u00e9s rwandaises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une d\u00e9claration relay\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, il a affirm\u00e9 que l\u2019ancien Premier ministre Sylvestre Ilunga Ilunkamba aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 le dernier haut responsable congolais \u00e0 transmettre un rapport aux autorit\u00e9s de Kigali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon Tunda ya Kasende, ce d\u00e9placement aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re discr\u00e8te \u00e0 bord d\u2019un jet priv\u00e9 au d\u00e9part de Lubumbashi, avec l\u2019implication pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e de plusieurs personnalit\u00e9s congolaises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il soutient \u00e9galement que le pr\u00e9sident rwandais Paul Kagame aurait exprim\u00e9 son m\u00e9contentement quant au contenu de ce rapport, qu\u2019il aurait jug\u00e9 insuffisant. Toujours selon ses d\u00e9clarations, l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident Joseph Kabila aurait ensuite d\u00e9p\u00each\u00e9 son fr\u00e8re, Zo\u00e9 Kabila, accompagn\u00e9 de son ancien directeur de cabinet, N\u00e9h\u00e9mie Mwilanya, afin d\u2019apaiser les tensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ancien responsable congolais affirme enfin que Paul Kagame aurait refus\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre aux appels de Joseph Kabila, avant d\u2019\u00e9changer avec l\u2019ancien conseiller sp\u00e9cial en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, Kalev Mutond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 ce stade, aucune preuve documentaire n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue publique pour \u00e9tayer ces affirmations. Les personnalit\u00e9s cit\u00e9es n\u2019ont pas r\u00e9agi officiellement \u00e0 ces all\u00e9gations, qui n\u2019ont pas pu \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un contexte marqu\u00e9 par des relations tendues entre Kinshasa et Kigali, ces d\u00e9clarations relancent le d\u00e9bat sur les interactions pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es entre certains acteurs politiques congolais et les autorit\u00e9s rwandaises.
