{"id":97827,"date":"2026-06-24T13:13:41","date_gmt":"2026-06-24T11:13:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=97827"},"modified":"2026-06-24T13:15:05","modified_gmt":"2026-06-24T11:15:05","slug":"epidemie-debola-un-premier-cas-identifie-en-france-chez-un-medecin-de-retour-de-rdc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=97827","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9pid\u00e9mie d&rsquo;Ebola: un premier cas identifi\u00e9 en France, chez un m\u00e9decin de retour de RDC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, un cas d&rsquo;Ebola a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 sur le territoire fran\u00e7ais, chez un m\u00e9decin de retour de R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) actuellement confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une importante \u00e9pid\u00e9mie, ont annonc\u00e9 les autorit\u00e9s sanitaires fran\u00e7aises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 \u00ab <em>confirme ce jour l&rsquo;identification d&rsquo;un premier cas positif de maladie \u00e0 virus Ebola sur le territoire national <\/em>\u00bb, dit-il dans un communiqu\u00e9. Interrog\u00e9 par l&rsquo;AFP, le minist\u00e8re a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que le cas avait \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 en m\u00e9tropole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9 d\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e sur le territoire national, avant que la maladie soit officiellement identifi\u00e9e. \u00ab <em>Toutes les mesures de pr\u00e9caution, et notamment l&rsquo;isolement du patient, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises d\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e <\/em>\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La situation est suivie \u00ab <em>de tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s <\/em>\u00bb par le Premier ministre, selon son entourage cit\u00e9 par l&rsquo;AFP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-une-urgence-de-sante-publique-internationale\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une urgence de sant\u00e9 publique internationale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En RDC, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie s\u00e9vit au moins depuis le 15 mai, l&rsquo;Institut national de sant\u00e9 publique congolais (INSP) a enregistr\u00e9 1 003 cas et 254 d\u00e9c\u00e8s, soit un taux de l\u00e9talit\u00e9 moyen de 25,3%. La capacit\u00e9 de test de la RDC, tr\u00e8s faible au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie, s&rsquo;est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, ce qui explique en partie l&rsquo;augmentation du nombre des cas recens\u00e9s. Mais les organisations humanitaires internationales et ONG d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es sur le terrain estiment de fa\u00e7on unanime que les chiffres officiels sont encore sous-estim\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le virus, qui provoque une fi\u00e8vre h\u00e9morragique, s&rsquo;est \u00e9galement propag\u00e9 en Ouganda, o\u00f9 les autorit\u00e9s ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le 11 juin que la situation \u00e9tait \u00ab <em>sous contr\u00f4le <\/em>\u00bb. Vingt cas confirm\u00e9s, dont deux d\u00e9c\u00e8s, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recens\u00e9s dans le pays frontalier de la RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie est caus\u00e9e par le virus Bundibugyo, pour lequel il n&rsquo;existe aujourd&rsquo;hui ni vaccin, ni traitement.
